The base integrates an intelligent casting production line, wide-edge malleable cast iron gas pipe fittings, carbon steel toothed-ring press-connect pipe fittings, and large-diameter grooved connection technology, while also applying 1:1 digital twin simulation and digital warehousing management, significantly addressing pain points such as cumbersome construction processes and leakage risks in water, heating, and fire protection engineering. The pipe fitting industry is evolving from a mere “pipe component supply” model to a “full-scenario total solution for fluid conveyance.” By leveraging automated smart manufacturing bases and digital twin technology, hardware component manufacturers can achieve extremely high assembly precision and delivery efficiency, reshaping the production paradigm of heavy industrial hardware.
