More than ten hardware companies, including Guangdong Xingpeng Industrial and Jieyang Guangrun Hardware, jointly released the new group standard for home hardware drawer slides. Compared to the light industry standard QB/T 2454-2013, the new standard raises the durability cycle test from 40,000 to 50,000 cycles, increases the neutral salt spray (NSS) corrosion resistance test to 24 hours with strictly limited allowable rust spots, and newly adds weathering requirements under extreme cold and high temperatures (-30°C to 60°C). The hardware industrial clusters in Jieyang and the Greater Bay Area are leveraging group standards to force technological upgrades. High-standard silent damping slide technology is significantly narrowing the product gap between domestic components and international giants, accelerating the domestic substitution of imported hardware in high-end custom home furnishings.
