Higer Group (001221.SZ) reported in its 2026 interim results that it achieved operating revenue of RMB 1.678 billion for the first half of the year (up 15.74% year-on-year) and net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 292 million (up 10.12% year-on-year). All four business segments posted growth: basic hardware revenue reached RMB 756 million (+15.95%), storage hardware RMB 463 million, and kitchen and bathroom hardware RMB 221 million (+19.12%). The company also launched its international high-end brand “Tourbillon,” with core components such as damping hinges and silent slides achieving a cycle life exceeding 80,000 openings and closings, comprehensively advancing domestic substitution. The home functional hardware sector is showing clear trends toward market concentration among top players. Leading manufacturers have built extremely high scale barriers and pricing power through “intelligent production bases (Hexagon Building) + high-end brand development + full-channel penetration,” breaking the long-standing monopoly of imported premium hardware brands over the domestic high-end market.
